There out there....
Most of the BB30 frame Ive seen are high end (Serenity Marvel, Cannondale Slice track, Specialized tarmac track, custom).
Right now, youre limited to 130bcd cranks.
The Marvel is a sought-after bike and can be purchased unlike the other two or custom route.

I'm 99% sure that you could easily be a custom Moots with no cable stops, horizontal or slider drops and a BB30 bb. Not sure if they only do this with the new RSL tubing which would be pretty pricy, if they can do it with standard 3/2.5 tubing you'd never need another track bike. it would be so sick too!
Cannondale has many other bolt circles aside from 130, but not sure about.144.
