Agreed. I followed the videos to a T and saved the hassle of having someone come out (an additional cost) to do it. I am glad I ordered the belt and had them give me a deck. The old one was cracked. I've had it for 8 years. Will buy another one again in the future if I ever need to. However, with their CS, I won't need to!
