S/B/R training solo workout question

As I shift from IM to 1/2 and Oly distance races I think it would be very helpful to a one man S/B/R training day.
I can use the pool as T1 and T2 .
What training distance would you do for a 1/2 or a Oly.?
How often would you do a training day like this?
