So I'm living in Argentina in full lockdown and the lack of running is getting to me. I have my rollers out on the balcony to get in some spinning a few times a day and feel like I'm outside.
I'm tackling a few upper body goals and core strength, but I'm trying to figure out how to replace my running.
Any thoughts on workouts to get some sort of leg running cardio in doors? (And no, I can't get a treadmill delivered in these times, I've checked)
