Run Workout During Quarantine

So I'm living in Argentina in full lockdown and the lack of running is getting to me. I have my rollers out on the balcony to get in some spinning a few times a day and feel like I'm outside.

I'm tackling a few upper body goals and core strength, but I'm trying to figure out how to replace my running.

Any thoughts on workouts to get some sort of leg running cardio in doors? (And no, I can't get a treadmill delivered in these times, I've checked)

stairs, rope skipping, strides, etc. should keep your running muscles fit

Sadly, stairs in the building have been closed as has the parking garage so I can't do the strides or stairs easily anymore (or the ramp up from the basement) so I'm working with a longest hall of 4m sadly.

I'll see if I can jump rump without hitting the ceiling though!
