Roka Thermal cap??

has anyone tried Roka's thermal cap for cold water (aka any swim around 60 degrees in temp). This cap is not neoprene and I'm wondering if it actually works well? this is what it looks like: https://www.swimoutlet.com/...8126521/?color=28286

The Thermal Swim Cap is specifically designed to help retain heat. Temperature ranges can vary by individual much like the need for a wetsuit, but this will be warmer than just a latex or silicone swim cap. This cap will also allow you to wear it on race day with another race provided cap over it. Having been a former resident of San Francisco and swam in the Bay there almost weekly this cap will probably work for your needs.

Thanks...do you think it works as well (or better) than a neoprene cap?
