After you ride in the rain, how do you clean your bike? More specifically, how do you get the water out of the bolts it sits in?

How to get water off of a bike. A short story, by ML:
Grab bike by handlebars.
Hold bike vertically, so front wheel is up in air (like pulling a wheelie).
Bounce bike on R wheel. Boing! Boing! Boing!
The end.
float , hammer , and jog

This works pretty well for mud too.

i ride in rain and winter crud conditions more than I'd like and will wash the bike first if it is salty of gritty then just bring it inside for a while. If it was really pouring i will remove the seatpost and flip it over to drain out the water. Once it is dry i clean up the chain and put some motor oil on it and hang it back in the garage. You don't need to dwell on it.
Whatever you do to clean it make sure you lemon pledge it after. So the next time you ride it things will nonstick on as much. Plus a slippery bike is a faster bike.
