Around 3 weeks ago I tore my glute medius, only grade 1, but I’ve only just got to the point I can walk reasonably normally (can’t walk fast yet, bike/swim are ok)
Once it’s healed a little more I’d like to start following the BarryP plan, however both introduction threads start with 6 days:

I was running 34 miles/week (over 4 days) in February (pre-marathon) & was back to 25 miles/week (6 days) before the Injury but 6 days back to back now seems like a risky way to return.
How would you go about this? Run/walk? Add a day a week?
