I am racing IM Santa Rosa in a week. Just found out my enve 6.7 front wheel is delaminating and I can't ride it. At this point all the wheel rentals are booked. Do I just ride my training set (mavic aksium) or ride the mavic front with my enve 7 in the back and look a little off? Will it give me any real aero advantage? I am planning on riding around 20-21 mph. Thanks for the help.

I think you know the answer... Looking dumb is a lot better than being slow.

Assuming they’re both clincher, definitely use the rear. You didn’t spend $3k on wheels to leave them at home...
See if you can find an aero front to borrow. You could probably buy and resell one and come out even too

Where are you located? I’m over by Stanford, and could lend you a wheel.
