With the Carbon Cockpit you'll be able to copy the identical position over.
Have you seen the wing that fits on the back of the sitero? it fights in between the tripod (that integration piece that holds the bottle cage) and the Cage itself. you can find it here. it can hold either a CO2 with a head, and a pit stop or it comes with a roulette that will hold two CO2 instead of the pit stop. you can also carry a small hand pump (pictured) instead of a single CO2 with a head.
If you have an S-Works frame then yes, you should have ceramic speed bearings in the BB.
You're wheelcover with a 90mm up front is fine. We did a bit of testing with a wheelcover because we were curious as well, the wheelcover tested pretty well.
