Hi all,

I am doing Eagleman 70.3 in a few weeks. So far the weather where I train (NYC) has not been warm at all in 2018. This race is a last minute addition for this year. Any quick head adaption suggestions that I can do? Last time I did Eagleman, the heat really did me in.
