Hello,
On the hardshell bike travel case, I have a base bar 44cm wide, not removable. Is there any solution as hardshell? Thank you.

I think 44 cm is too wide for our case. Sorry.

I recommended someone your bike but it’s not in your shop and error code is coming up. Are you closing shop?

No - we are out of S M and L. Just have a few XS in stock. Still have travel cases and wheels in all sizes depths and widths.

I have had CAD drawings done for a disc brake bike for 18 months but have not been able to travel to Taiwan.

In the mean time I’m doing a lot of private label business on a wide range of products. I really like that business.

We do have a new full line of items that we are launching in about 90 days. We are really excited about those items. I think everyone on this forum will like them too

:-)

Not right now. Again, all drawn up but it’s too risky to try and move forward without being able to sit with mold and production engineers.

No - I had not been able to get the Connex chains from Wipoerman for over a year so I took the item off the website.

We will have 40 Optimized Chains (Connex 11 Speed) available next week.

I just put them up on the website.

Did you or anyone try and fit the TriRig scoops to the stock extensions? I just received the scoops today but the hole alignment doesn't fit the Tactical at all. I'm wondering what options I have or if this was an expensive experiment :( Any ideas? I ordered the round bar adapter from Dan but it doesn't look like that will change how the pads mount to the aerobars unfortunately.

I'm considering running a long M5 bolt through the stock extensions bypassing the tear-drop shaped adapter and securing it with a washer/nut on the bottom of the bar, but that sounds sketchy.

I was able to fit the standard tririp cups to my bike. Not all the holes lined up, but some did. I can't imagine the scoops would have a different hole orientation.

I also used a file to open the holes just a little bit so I could use an M6 bolt to get a bigger bolt head that wouldn't cut into the plastic cup.

The holes are very close, off by a few millimeters but enough to prevent the bolts from clamping down on the bolt inside the aerobars.

I wonder if it's safe to shave these cups down slightly since they are carbon. I don't want to risk damaging them and having some weird failure mid-ride.

Sounds right. I played around with it a little. Like I mentioned, I took a file to the cup and opened the mounting holes open a bit, this allowed me to us a bigger bolt and to line them up better. Also, when trying to get the bolts to line up to the anchors in the bars, make sure you have everything loose then start tightening once you have the threads started.

Looking to upgrade armpads to either culprit or tri rig. Do all tririg (closed and open) have the same hole orientation that needs to be modified?

I’ve been using the Culprit pads for a year or so. I’ve tried most everything out there. The Culprit are a direct bolt on and lots of adjustability. Great real estate for long rides.

Any pics you could share of your ride with the Culprits?

All - What do you think a fair asking price is for a small Premier Tactical 2.0 with 1,950 miles on it? Very good condition. Stock other than a second set of larger armrests. No travel case. One of my friends bought one from Dan a few years ago, but its been sitting unused and he asked me to sell it. It's on the IL/WI border not far from Rockford if that matters.

Not sure on the value, but they are a solid bike so I'm sure you can ask for a high-ish price. I have a Large and it has held up really well (<1,000 miles, I use it just for racing). I'm actually not doing as many tris lately so I have been considering selling it, but I really like it.

After one ironman 70.3, a foot injury, 2 kids and covid years, the bike has to go. Please message me directly if you are interested in this bike. It will be one sweet deal
