Please critique my cycling position

I'll be honest, I really don't know what the efff I'm doing in terms of position; I just look at other people and try to emulate. I'd kind of like to drop the aerobars slightly. Overall, this seems to be pretty comfortable though.
Possibly relevant details: 1) mostly interested in olympic distance tri, 2) I've had to mess around with saddles and saddle angle quite a bit to find a position that doesn't give me saddle sores and this is the best I've come up with, 3) sorry for the nudity. Thanks in advance for your help and for trying to not be a condescending dick. :-)
