pull bars back a bit so your triceps are vertical. Do another video with your eyes on the road, not the floor, and you should be able to tell if your head is too high (top of helmet is higher than the top of your back).
If it is, try drop the bars 10mm and try again.

Thanks for the comments. Here's another take. For this I lowered the bar 1 cm and pulled the extensions back 1 cm.
And I actually do look up the road (ca. 8-10 meters) in both videos but it sure does look I like I'm staring at the front hub.
Any better with this position?

I think your saddle is a squeeze on the high side. What type of saddle is that? Generally when you lower your bars you also want to add reach, not subtract it.
