Pete Jacobs...from Veggie to Carnie
I remember when Pete Jacobs said, "if it has a face or a mother, I don't eat it."

Now (on TT's podcast) he has said the literal opposite. "If it doesn't have a face or a mother, I don't eat it."

If you don't believe me, have a look through his twitter page. What happened to eating a broadly healthy diet? Why must one go from Vegan to Carnivore, or vice-versa?

The pendulum swing on diets is nauseating. People get caught up too quickly in the latest headline, I guess that’s just human nature.

I like what Micheal Pollan said: “Eat food, not too much, mostly plants.”

What is consistent is that he's not a half-way kinda person. I think that served him very well in triathlon, but it's a double edged sword in many of life's mondanites.

That’s basically my point!

Similar to Sanders.

See, I can hijack my own thread to make it about LS.

I listened to that podcast. He was definitely well spoken and has done some extensive research on that subject matter. He made some good points. He had some issues which really hindered his health. Sounded like his health is improving.

He sounded like he knew what he was talking about...but I heard a lot of buzzwords, so I need to look into it more. Found another interesting discussion on youtube.

Referencing a product sponsored advertisement for the most ridiculous ketone supplement on the market is a sure fire way to feel superior in your way of thinking. Gratz.

Personally, I experiment with new and different ways of eating and training to see if they work for me and provide any benefit, be it athletic or health.

Low carb athletes are going to shill, same as vegans. Nothing new to see here.

I could not even make it through the video. I mean...who even uses a leg press anymore? Squatting is much better!
