I have to travel for work this week but the hotel has Peletons. Is there a good workout that you guys/gals suggest? I have never used a peleton before...usually I ride Zwift or outside. Good a race next week and want to get a good workout or two in. Do they just have "spin" classes? Thanks

Pick one of the Christian Vande Velde or George Hincapie rides. Those are pretty good, and very hard if you obey.
