PDA and software for training purposes
I track my training and nutrition on a 'self-developed' spreadsheet using my laptop computer. However, it's sometimes difficult to always have my laptop with me. Would anyone recommend a brand of PDA and associated software that would log my training and also keep my daily nutrition data?

In designing the training program for my TNT guys and over the past three years I have used the Steven's Creek Software Athlete's Training Diary for Palm OS1 and on my Windows NT desktop and laptop. I like this software. You can merge your PDA and desktop data through your cradle. The stuff is intuitive and easy to use. It was recommended to me by Frankie Andreu formerly of the U.S. Postal Service.

Thanks Tom. By the way, after Ironman Wisconsin I found that my bike fit wasn't quite correct. I understand that you do a good job of fitting. Is that true? If so, what do you charge, and (since I live in Indiana) do you accept appointments?
