here's a reply I recieved from them this morning regarding the picture of the other aero bar:

"The Aero 700 bar is currently available and is the alluminium version at
885gr without integrated brake levers.MSRP = US$ 295

The Aero 900 bar is the one with integrated brake levers and is the carbon
version at approx.950gr. This one will be available around end March at
MSRP = $ 495

The A700 alum.version is very popular because of its great weight and
price advantage."

I'm all over the 900 when it comes out!!

Why are you interested in the 900? Because it's made of carbon fiber? Or the (slight) weight savings? Just curious why--I've noticed a lot of lonely looking aluminum bars of late...

Mostly for the integrated brake levers.. and just for the novelty of having carbon fiber handle bars, so sexy. Carbon also does a good job of soaking up road vibration.
