Hi pooks, Thanks again for the head's up. I can't believe this guy so blatantly ripped off my review AND photos. That's my hand in one of those photos! I wrote an editorial on our website about e-bay that was up for about three hours before all the hub-bub about one of my other editorials got going and I had to switch it over to the archives. This is an annoying problem. I sent the guy a nasty e-mail. A lot of people have been using my work for other (unauthorized) reasons this week. Fries my ass. Thanks again. Where do you complain to E-bay?

the guy who is the top bidder for all of this guy's auctions is just bidding to make sure that nobody gets screwed. he has had the fbi attempt and catch this guy, but to no avail, so now he just makes sure that nobody get screwed.

Actually you can complain before the auction ends if you suspect fraud or someone is selling something they don't have. The last two times I emailed Ebay and within a day his auctions were pulled. I wish they were able to police this better, instead of relying on people like us to notify them.

I've emailed several bidders on his auctions to warn them. One of the people I emailed said he knew the guy was a fraud and was just bidding high to f**k with the guys head.

i feel sorry for the good people who spend time writing those review, only to have moronic pricks rip them off and attempt to screw someone else with them.

i feel bad for tom, since they are still linked to his site, and he basically cant do anything to stop this asshole.

maybe ebay can track the ip addy, and bust this dick.
