A bit removed from the computer lately, but here's totals for my last 3 days:

friday: 43 pt. --1hr. run, 1 hr. run
sat.: 32 pts. -- 32m. bike
sun: 96 pts. -- 76m. bike, 2000 meter swim

total for 9 days of camp: 601 points!

My retrospective:

to have the goal,
to have a plan,

many many miles,
balancing the life,
the swim-run-bike,

ahh to be a pro and train full time,
ahh but that would get old in time,

so nine days gone by,
following the yellow and black lines,
the dirt trail,

better sleep before I bail.
