The swim is underway... without wetsuits. A nice, long leg out to the first turn bouy has eliminated much of the scrum from a more bunched swim start. Nice looking conditions as we're 1:35 into the race...

and I can't get over how gresy-flat-calm the water is. Not a ripple out there.
