Off-Season Training - 10,000 Kettlebell Swings, 5,000 Push-ups, 2,500 Wall Balls and 1,250 Pull-Ups

Just finished this program and it was a lot of fun. Thought I would share it here in case anyone was looking for an offseason strength training program. The combination of the kettlebell swings, push-ups, wall balls and pull-ups were a nice mixture. It hit nearly all of the major muscle groups with a strong focus on my core. It also increased hip flexibility from both the KBS and the high volume of full range wall balls.
