Report says that the files for Paris and London are of very high quality, and (surprisingly) said that the Paris plan was extremely well thought, integrating everything.
NY and Madrid were a bit behind, specially, NYC which still hasn't voted on where the big stadium will be.
Moscow is quite far back and likely will not get the games...
So, any bet takers? I'd love to see the OG in Paris.. I think the public transports would use that as some leverage to get more money etc. and will likely threatened to start yet another strike...but then heard that the French Gov. wants to pass a law to ensure minimum service in public transports and other gov. subs. companies (all that would be a good thing...)
