That has been on the front page of Slowtwitch since January 11, 2019:

I understand missing it, no one reads the front page.....(just joking).

Oops ..... busted ...... is there a front page? ... maybe a reminder link (for the front page on the triathlon forum page) for scope limited people like me?

My brower link takes me directly to the tri forum page .... do not pass Go.

I have bought my bikes and bike stuff at Nytro for years ....

I hope to see Nytro sell and not go away .... but I feel nostalgic anyway ....

The world is in continous change ... and it reminds me of how temporary we are.

Maybe Amazon could have a 'Museum' section for Montgomery Ward, Radio Shack, and closed bike shops.

Cheers, Neal

I'm pretty active on the forum but it's legitimately been over a year since I've looked at the front page đŸ˜‚

In the past I have purchased from Nytro. I remember their catalog, paper! Zipp bikes, Quinatana Roo, Softride an much more. Somehow, the picture of the storefront is not how I imagined it. I thought that it would much more contemporary.

I remember John Cobbs Bicycle Sports in Louisiana, they had a nice catalog also. Similar products but also Javelin bikes. I must have worn out both of those catalogs.

Any guesses on what it's selling for? Can I just play my state lottery or do I have to jump up to Powerball?

Not just the storefront, but the entire store is unremarkable and aged. That's not necessarily bad, but you're right, it differs immensely from the online superstore image it has (had?).

I visited the store in 1996 and by the lookes of the pictures of the store inside nothing has changed ;-). It is the same collection of wheels, bikes, posters and racks everywhere. Which is quite funny and maybe just working for them.

But in a strange way i kind of dig it.

Seems like a really difficult business to be in right now.
