Hi,
I am a runner getting back into triathlon. I have zero biking knowledge but need to get a good bike. I am buying a Canyon tri bike. I am between sizes. The S frame fits 159-175 cm and the M frame fits 175-186. I am just under 175 cm (almost 5'9"). In general, would it be better to get the smaller frame and just raise the seat? Or is there an advantage to riding a larger frame? I am also incredibly inflexible in the hamstrings if that affects anything.
Thanks for any and all help.
