Did anyone see the Timex ad in the September 2003 Triathlete magazine? There is a picture of a unit labeled "Timex GPS" next to the Bodylink watch, but it looks smaller than the original deck of cards-sized unit. The last time I checked, the Timex website showed only the original GPS unit. Any chance the ad photo slipped out of engineering by mistake and shows an upgrade with better battery life and signal acquisition and all of the other things the Slowtwitch reviewer hoped for?
