Yeah, that happens - mine did it, send the video to wahoo and they’ll replace it.

The Gen 4’s are lemons. Production has been shifted to Vietnam to cut costs and as a result many units are breaking down.

With mine they arranged for a courier to collect it - once it was collected a new one was ordered - was a few days before it arrived.

Wow I can't believe those are units that passed QC.I hope Wahoo has some money in the bank to fix this mess. Glad I held onto my V1 and didn't upgrade.
This is from a Wahoo troubleshooting group on FB, "The noise is from the flywheel sprocket behind the cover apparently it’s a poorly machined woodruff key !
Apparently there is a repair kit they are sending out to customers to fix them quicker rather than waiting for a new trainer
