Hmm. I am sure there is some magic in the fabric, but nothing that the eyeball windtunnel can detect.

As an aside, I am kinda amazed at the amount of new gear put in the last 2 or 3 months. My only concern is that next year's new stuff will be limited. A new Speed Concept is about the only thing missing. I would say Shiv TT, but that may never happen.

I do like a bit of Castelli kit, and currently use the San Remo Free suit. Let's hope this new suit has longer legs on it, for people who aren't Italian!

Just because I post something does not mean I own it or support it. If I use it, you’ll know. I post new triathlon gear that I think people will find interesting.

I think he's referring to Wurf. He was riding with a Roka suit last year in Kona. Cam has been using a lot of Team Sky sponsors this year like Pinarello, Kask & Castelli. Looks like he's an extension of the cycling team.

Interesting they didn’t go with the Team Sky “dotted sleeve” design we saw last year, where everyone was all up in arms calling the dots illegal.

Well, we have to swim and run too. Those may not be a good thing in other sports?

Scales on your sleeves are faster in water. Just ask Aquaman.

I could see Castelli experimenting with this in the future. Maybe once it's proven a bit more in cycling?

Yup, that was my point. It seems Roka has less interest in clothing as of late. I think that market is pretty crowded, but perhaps not as much as sunglasses! I see they've also had some pretty significant price drops in the glasses too. Not sure what that means, but it will be interesting to see where they go moving forward.

Roka is still making tri suits and swim apparel but no more run or cycling gear. It makes me sad.

True, but not much variety or change with their suits. Seems more an afterthought now, and with their poster boy gone will be interesting. Maybe too much $$ to Gomez?

so. it seems castelli will finally be releasing the PR suit "expected soon" https://www.castelli-cycling.com/...its/p/862009120P-051
they say it is optimised for 45km/h which is beyond my typical sustained speeds... does anyone have an informed idea whether it will actually be faster than the all out speed suit at mortal speeds?
