Anyone know how to mount one of these levers? It's model BL-7401 to be exact. i got a pair on ebay, but the hole where the cable housing is supposed to sit is way too big for it and the cable housing goes straight through with nothing to push against. Is there some sort of retro ferrule that fits that large space in these levers?

If I remember correctly, there was a ferrule. You might be able to check on Shimano's website, they have all the old instruction sheets there.
