Parkland is near Weston which has a ton of triathletes and is a giant training area. You have Coral Springs Parkland Cycling & Tri in that area, you have Fort Lauderdale Triathletes, Boca Triathlon Club, and more cycling clubs than can be named. If you swing by the Cycling Forza bike shop or Alex's Bicycles in Weston (they shop owners are brothers) they can get you squared away. There's many running clubs and places to swim all over the county. Miles upon miles of gravel riding, and two mountain bike parks in the area. It's a great area to be for training.
