So I'm racing IM Louisville and accepting the fact that it's going to be a hot one. Really love the Kalanis but would also like some drainage as I'll be dumping massive amounts of ice and water on myself.

I was thinking about drilling my own drain holes in the Kalanis and using the sole from the Ultra Speed. My only concern is the carbon on the bottom of the Kalanis. Thoughts?
