Mixing Powdered Products

Must powdered protein and glutamine be consumed right after mixing with a liquid? If not, does the potency and/or effectiveness decrease over time? The time period(s) I am most interested in is 12 - 24 hours.

Also, any good sources of glutamine (other than GNC)?

Bump.

I keep my infinIT in the fridge overnight if I have a bottle I didn't drink during that days workout and it tastes the same the next day. I have no idea if the potency is affected by storing once mixed. Interesting question.

I'm not aware of any research to support a degradation of protein when pre-mixed over a 12-24hr period. I believe the only exception to this would be if the mixture was exposed to extreme heat as that could cause a denaturing of the protein.

With regards to an exclusive glutamine source, I prefer Champion's Power Glutamine (sorry for the self promo):
