Mayank Vaid is now attempting a challenge called HK360Xtreme, which consist of a 45 km round Hong Kong Island swim first, then ride 215 km (with a break to bring the bike across the harbour), and run 100 km (with a ferry break to get back on the island), making 360 km for the whole challenge.

He started at 01:25 today and now approaching to the loop completion of the swim, taking 18 hours to become the 5th swimmer to ever swim round Hong Kong Island. Live tracking is available here. He's the first seasoned triathlete doing so (all previous 4 were pure swimmers when they swam round the island).

I saw him doing some serious everesting (swim, bike and run) early this year, and he's been doing some crazy long swim sessions. Good luck to him!
