Finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. Has some quirks (might need firmware update):
- calls lengths "laps"
- when stopping still counts time, because it takes a bit to hit stop work out to save after stop/pause

But, the on demand pacing is invaluable. No need to look at a watch or clock. Pacing is perfect, I compared with garmin 920.

Wish dcrainmaker would review better, but he is stuck to power meters only
