I have a picture of the 70.3 if that can help. It's pretty much the same swim course, but they do not go as far out on the Sprint. The course is pretty much: strait out from the beach (where the training camp info centre is), right turn when you reach the tip of the land sticking in the lake, right turn again back to shore where the new wooden deck is. If you arrive a few days before the race, there is a swim training course set up to train. It follows the shore and is extremely similar to the race course. I attached a "drawing" of the sprint course on the GPS map.
