Lionel Turkey Trot?
In his last video, when he's in the car after workout, Lionel talks about doing some shorter, higher intensity stuff. There's a Turkey Trot happening tomorrow in Palm Springs, anyone know if Lionel has any plans of doing it? Last year's winning time appears to be 16:11 so he should definitely win if he does. Could he go sub 15? He's for sure gone 15:20 when he did a mini indoor triathlon some months ago.

$100 for video of Lionel warming up on his trainer right at the starting line. An extra $50 if he has a 200ft extension cord run to an outlet nearby.

Jessey needs to learn to ride his bike. Doesn't even break 40 on a flat, flat course.

And then there's the time I and 453 other people got clobbered by him. 12:15 over 4km, 3:03/km (so 15:18 over 5km or so. Also those 4km were not flat; there was/is a pretty nasty hill at like 1km). Followed up with a 41km/h ride over some gnarly rollers and a 3:19/km second 4km run (same course as the first one). Ya, we knew we had something special on our hands. I think that was like his 3rd multisport race or so; IIRC he did IM Louisville as his first one the year before and won his AG or something like that.
