Hey all, been down a few avenues and not sure what to do now. Figured I'd bring it here and see if anyone has any advice.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Lintaman's website on Feb 10 of this year. I received an order confirmation that same day, and then radio silence.
I emailed them on March 7th, no response.
I emailed again on March 18th, and 12 hours later they sent two separate emails with slightly different wording apologizing for delays due to coronavirus, saying they would get back to me as soon as they could.
I followed up on April 7th, no answer. On April 29th, I asked for a refund. No answer. On May 14th I let them know I'd be working with my bank to dispute the charge (in hindsight, maybe not the best move). No answer.
I just spend over an hour with Chase and they said that it's been too long and I can no longer dispute the charge (so much for the Chase Sapphire Reserve customer service).
I've tried to be patient and I know these are difficult times for smaller companies. But I feel that with my $159.98 purchase I'm at least entitled to some communication.
Any thoughts on what to do? Or should I just suck it up and get over this first world problem.
