I never would have picked that tape to go on that bike but it really works. Looks great.

It has taken three years but I finally got her the way I want it! I still consider it a budget build.

Because this is more fun to me than 6 hour rides in the cold (heck 6 hour rides period)... The rest of the XX kit is coming today and tomorrow.

So we aren't allowed to have bikes in our dorms and inspections take place over winter break. Since there's no way I'm putting my bike outside in the snow with a u-lock... I had to get creative. (They aren't allowed to inspect anything not in plain sight...)

Half-way done:

I've wanted an H3D for a long time. I finally found a great deal on one a few weeks ago. HC mount?

Isn't your mount on the aero-bars a Profile Design HC mount?

Nope. Profile cage with good ole' zip ties keeping it secure. Poor man's mount.

I hear ya. My whole system there was only 15.00! PD has a good price on the mount and cage IMO.

ordered this two months ago. finally came in earlier this week...just picked it up and got fitted today. stock everything except PD Ozero base bar, and no pedals yet, because i'm having knee problems and trying to decide whether to switch to speedplay (ultegra on my road bike now). also, trying to sell the wheels (check the classifieds...) but put them on for the pic because it looks better.

haven't even ridden it yet, but can't wait...

apologies for the crappy iphone pic.

Can you get a close up of the Ozero bar? I am thinking about this for my Slice, but would love to see a closer pic of how it looks. Thanks!

lets try this photo thing again - Seduza build up - $500 frame from geartrade/backcountry and parts swap rival/force from old Al road bike + TT900 shifters. Stunt cassetts just for photos - couldnt be arsed taking the real one off my trainer wheel. And the fit is a work in progress.
