I'm digging the Felt AR convertible. Thought I'd share mine as well.
I was able to complete this the way I wanted when Shimano brought out the 5-port junction A box. Enve SES aero road bars and clip-ons allow for easy on and off. It's as simple as plug-and-play.
I also bought an extra Felt aero seat post so that I could keep a road saddle mounted, so as to not have to fiddle with adjustments.
All in all, it takes <5 minutes to convert from road to tri, and vice-versa. I love it!

Cool deal. I did the clip on but found how easy it was to do a full tri conversion so I went with that.

Haha..I hear ya (and the rear mech). Great excuse to pick up some new bike tools and learn how to work with a chain!

Would the plug & play aspect work with a 3-port junction box?

My understanding is that the 3 port works just the same. However, for my purposes, I needed one port for connecting to the B junction, two for the brifters and two for the bar end shifters.

But you can also connect your aerobar extension shifters to your brifters (they have extra ports on the backside exactly for this). Then you can use the smaller 3-port junction box. Would that also work for your application? Or not so much?

Technically, it would work. I would, however, have to remove the bar tape each time to get to the brifter port.

Ah, gotcha. That would be kind of a problem ...

My new 304 stainless steel ride. Extremely aero but I do give up a bit with my arm position.

Super sweet ride.
Can you take some photos of your bike as a birds eye view when you put aero bars on?
Also, if you don't mind, how much did you put into it with the double set up? Really great idea and tempting. Very well done.

Setup is what it would cost for the additional parts of the shifters and bars and saddle. I was able to get some good deals. In all it cost me about 800 for the additional equipment.

Thanks. Probably never going to happen for me, but a great option if I want to cut back some bikes.

Stock 2014 7.5 SC with a little decal help from SC Nick. Not sure if I am going to keep the blue stripe on the downtube. Might just go subtle and take it off.
