Anyone have a view on whether a rear (behind saddle) cage or worse for aero without a bottle in?

Thinking that my 70.3 nutrition doesn’t need a bottle until the first feed station so I may as well save the weight and start with an empty cage. Am I quicker to still a small empty bottle in there to save watts?
