Anyone use this? Sounds like a good concept, but I don't know anyone with these. Unless they are not telling me!

I've used them for years. I use them mostly for fixing lower leg length difference but do use one extra shim on one side for pronation to keep my knee tracking straight.

They do wear a bit with speedplay pedals since the pedal is in direct contact in the center.

I use them and I have for years; they make all the difference in the world, and I couldn't ride without them. These are--IMHO--a solution that finally addresses the real source of the knee problems that often accompany the use of clipless pedals. (Search my other posts if you'd like details about my setup--or ask me and I'll elaborate.)

I don't understand why they changed the name from "big meat" wedges. Searching for big meat results in many more search engines results. :-)
