I just had mine done at Vision Quest. The staff was very knowledgeable and I was given great feedback to help with future training. I also did a VO2 max test and sweat test there. Here is there contact information.

IMO waste of money....there are other ways to get values that matter.

Why not buy the equipment and do the testing yourself? A test in swimming, biking and running 3-4 times a year = $$
