L5 Herniation + PRP
My L1- L5 has not been right since 2012: def flares ups over the years take me out of it for 2-6 weeks at a time but this time I having been down (I am litterly down on the floor as much as I can be) for 8 weeks..... I finally decided to get the MRI = bulging disk L2, L3, L4, with herniation at L5 (I did not need the MRI to tell me that but needed the MRI to get PRP). Got PRP injection on Friday definitely saw stars with that wow. He was able to get 7cc in around the site. Its def been worse these last 2 days post op then it was before the PRP which I did anticipate; my body does not seem to respond well to surgical things in my back. Question is mostly if anyone else has been through PRP on lower back and what kinda of things + time lines can I expect? At this point I could give two shits about racing Kona in 2021 just was hoping to be able to get through a day pain free.

2024: Bevoman, Galveston, Alcatraz, Marble Falls, Santa Cruz

Do you have a copy of the MRI report? Can you describe your symptoms pre PRP?
What made you opt for PRP? I just say that because it seems like a more unusual treatment for a disc prolapse.
