rode the Lubbock Half and in previous riding sessions noticed knee pain on top of left knee after 45 min to 1 hour into ride.
My seat height is such that my hips DO NOT rock, they are steady.
Cleat position is in outward position on both cleats.
Forward, Aft position such that i am relaxed in the aero bar almost 90 degree with arms.
I walk with feet slightly outward.
I use a 165mm crank. Down from 172.5 because the knee was coming up too high.
Triathlon is hard. We like it that way.
