So one of the seams connecting the back panels of my trisuit came apart in a race last weekend. It seemed to be held together by some sort of glue. Emailed Kiwami but haven't gotten a response. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? I've had it for only 1.5 years/less than 10 races and it's a really great suit. It would be a real waste to comp it.

Give them time to respond. I had a small section of stitching that was beginning to come undone and when I contacted them they had me send it to them and had it restitched. Outstanding customer service as I had not bought the suit directly from them, bought new but from a vendor.

It has been slightly over 2 months since I PM-ed Andre who initially told me that they would be sending me a new replacement suit.
I have not received the suit up till now and I've not been getting any responses since the last one early this month, where Andre told me that they have sent it out but did not provide a tracking number.
To be honest, I'm quite bummed that this process is taking so long. Got a race coming up next week and I would have loved to be able to do a couple of sessions in the replacement suit, or at least purchase another one which I have held off.
Anyone knows what happened to him or how else I can reach Kiwami?

Not being inflammatory, but while I have taken good care of mine, they do have a lifespan. Mine have given me tons of value.

we did ship a replacement suit; it seems that it was not delivered probably due to postal issues in your country. our guess.
now to be completely clear, when taking your issues publicly, you could mention your suit dates from 2016. 2016. 2016.
so at this time, we are going to ask you to be a little patient and hope for the new suit to show up. or contact your local post office.
fyi: i'm not sure how many manufacturers in any field would feel compelled to reply to your kind request.
