Jonnyo needs your help...

OK, here's the deal... Jonnyo is following Peter Reid's training plan published on Triathlete Magazine to the "T", but someone hid the magazine from him! Now he's lost, he doesn't know what to do tomorrow!!!

Please help Jonnyo, god forbid he follows one of desert dude's or my workouts!

ok...paulo took my magasin because he wants to take notes of peter s program and give it to sergio....

please help me out...what is friday workout for me??????

and no brian.....this isnt tomorow.....it s saturday training.....

Oh so for friday you really want to workout eh? I think 15x500 in the pool, every 5th one IM all on :25 rest. Then a 2 hr run, 3x20/5 IM pace / easy. 3 hr ride. Top ramen is on aisle 5. M&M's for your host on Aisle 14.

2.5hrs bike followed by a 3hrs trail run at 80%.

Actually, I think Peter would be mountain biking in the hills, then a trail run - should be easy enough to do in New Mexico, huh Paulo?

How about a ride up Mt Graham with me on Sunday? Only 20 miles and only one hill.....

JOhnnyo, it is a 6 hour ride wearing a Long Sleeve Wetsuit. We'll be easy on you for the run. 60 min using sleeveless wetsuit. For the ensuing 40 min swim, no wetsuit, just 40 min of straight swimming with the band and fist closed :-).

If you decide to bail on the above, you'd be wise to follow Paulo's workout :-)

Desert Dude, I hope you are providing J with a bed of nails to sleep on. He must get hardened for Kona :-).

Actually Jonnyo bought a toaster yesterday, so that means I'll give him 3 minutes of "free" advice ;-)

Today he went out for that 3.5h ride and didn't feel right... Peter, if you're out there, please send Jonnyo some email, he needs the plan changed :-D

I heard Jonnyo is wildly scambling searching for the Triathlete Mag article with the Peter Reid training plans.....he needs them for IM Arizona 2018....someone can you pull up that issue of Triathlete??????? This is important stuff. Jonnyo is threatening to enter in Clydesdale division so he might also need to revisit the Desert Dude nutrition plan!!!!
