Looking at getting my first pair of jammers and confused on sizing. I'm 5'8" with about 30-31" inch waist and 21-22" thighs. Using the Speedo sizing chart, I should be 24-26. I picked up a size 24 and couldn't get them above my mid-quads. Any ideas? BTW, I wear M cycling bibs. Thanks!
