i thought i'd start a new thread on this, and we can let the old one continue on as a lawyer-related thing. (i just wanted a thread that i didn't have to sift through for the news i'm looking for.)

if anybody has anything on cafferty in particular, i'd be obliged if you'd post it here, as i'm interested to know if anything will come of this. i had CNN on for awhile this morning (esp because daryn kagan was the anchor) and i didn't notice cafferty present. i think he was absent today. or perhaps he's vacationing in barbados. or perhaps at a mandatory court appearance.
