Has anyone ever had any luck getting Ironman to correct a finish time? I’ve contacted timing@ironman.com but got no response.

My Boulder 70.3 official time is about 30 sec longer than it should be. A volunteer held the rolling start for 30 sec to create space in the swim. I was the first person stopped and was standing between the sets of timing lines with 2 other athletes. However, it looks like official times were taken off the first set of lines.
