Inspecting a second hand bike

I seek the collective wisdom of the slowtwicth community as to what one needs to look for when inspecting a second hand bike for 'potential problems'? Anything special to look for with titanium frames?

anybody selling a frame should let you take it to a shop to check it out. if they don't, don't buy it. check the rear triangle alignment, the fork alignment, and check the head tube to see if it has been in any crashes, looking for buldges along the top tube and down tube next to the head tube. also, make sure the headtube chas a cup in it, to make sure that it is round, and that the threads on the BB are ok. other than that, check the seat tube to make sure the colar isn't cramped.

i think that's it,
