until recently they were not used by the top pros of cycling. However, unlike Fosbury, Koch et al. there are also sponsorship issues...
Though, Bettini, Museuw for example, are using them, and it looks like they did well yesterday in
the Het Volk. (even though I am more impressed just by the fact that museuw is 37...).
as for the learning curve, this may be a factor. if you look at swimming history, when flip turns started, it took a while before a swimmer goes a whole 1500m doing them.

Let's give it some time. There are all kinds of claimed revolutionary gadgets that have appeared and fizzled quickly as well as others that worked but were slow off the mark. Time will tell if this is for real. I'm keeping an open mind but won't cough up $700 until I see something more than just testimonials on this forum.
Neither would I. Without the 60 day money back guarantee, I wouldn't have touched the things. Too new, too controversial, not proven, etc. Caveat Emptor, and all that!
